Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Baby In Bloom Boutique we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

As a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you can cancel your order and return your items within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods for a full refund. This right applies to most products sold on our site, except for specific exclusions listed below.

2. Returns (Cooling-off Period)

• You have the right to return any items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason, provided they are in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• You will receive a full refund for the value of the goods returned, but shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Exclusions to the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, certain items are excluded from the right to return for a refund. These include:

• Personalised or custom-made items.

• Sealed goods, such as baby clothing or accessories that have been opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, hats, pacifiers, or teethers).

• Items that have been used or washed.

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the desired item.

• Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges directly. Once your return is received and processed, you can purchase the new item separately.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive faulty or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the product is faulty.

• We will also cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Process for Returns

To return an item:

1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at Sales@babyinbloomboutique.com to request a return.

2. We will provide instructions on how to return the items, and if applicable, a return label.

3. Once the return is approved, please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided below.

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We aim to process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items.

• Please note that the cost of shipping for the returned item will not be refunded unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

8. Sale or Discounted Items

• Sale items, or items purchased as part of a promotion, are treated in the same way as regular purchases. However, if a sale item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used baby accessories (e.g., hats, socks, pacifiers, bibs, etc.).

• Items that are no longer in their original condition, including items that have been washed, used, or damaged.

10. Return Shipping Costs

• Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned items are safely delivered.

11. International Returns

• If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential customs fees. Please ensure that all returns are clearly marked as “Return of Goods” to avoid customs charges.
